A workshop devoted to deepening the relationship you have with yourself.

 

Many women spend years disconnected from their bodies.

 

Living from the mind.

Moving through responsibilities.

Caring for everyone around them.

Judging, criticizing, or overlooking their own needs.

 

Over time, we can forget how to simply be with ourselves.

 

Not fixing.

Not improving.

Not performing.

 

Just listening.

 

Nourish is an invitation to slow down and return to the most important relationship you will ever have: the one you have with yourself.

 

Through guided practices, mirror work, self-touch, embodied awareness, movement, breath, and connection exercises, participants are gently guided into deeper contact with their own body, emotions, and inner experience.

 

This workshop explores what happens when we stop looking away from ourselves and begin meeting ourselves with curiosity, compassion, and presence.

The Mirror Practice

 

One of the central elements of this workshop is learning to sit with yourself in the mirror.

 

Not to critique.

Not to evaluate.

Not to change.

 

But to witness.

 

To explore what arises when you allow yourself to be seen by your own eyes.

 

For some, this experience feels tender.

 

For others, confronting.

 

For many, deeply healing.

 

The mirror becomes an invitation to soften old stories and cultivate a more honest and loving relationship with yourself.

At its heart Nourish is The Sacred Return of remembering. A remembering that the love, safety, and connection we often seek outside ourselves can also be cultivated within. A remembering that your body is not something to fix, manage, or overcome. It is a home to return to. Again and again.
